My way of working

I am pleased that you are interested in doing something good for your mental health. As an experienced M.Sc. psychologist, I advise individuals and couples on their path to more satisfaction, balance and harmony in life. Particularly, I work with cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, resource-oriented, emotion-focused and also incorporate elements of acceptance and commitment therapy. It is important for me to look at the individual living conditions and needs in order to develop a suitable concept with you.

Arrange a free initial consultation

The relationship is the strongest factor for good counseling. For these reasons, it is important that you feel comfortable in interpersonal contact with me. To get an impression of me as a person and how I work, you can arrange an initial consultation free of charge and without obligation. The aim is to get to know each other and to clarify whether we can work together. We will also talk about the topics you would like to bring into the consultation and see whether online psychological counseling is the right setting for this. It is important to me that you get the help you need first and foremost.

Make an appointment for a consultation

Arrange your first consultation appointment with me. Before the session, you will receive a secure link from me that you just need to click on. In order for me to prepare optimally for your session, please arrange the appointment at least 48 hours in advance. If we are working together for a longer period of time, we can also arrange a fixed appointment. I also ask that you cancel 24 hours in advance; all other short-term cancellations and no-shows will unfortunately be charged as normal.

We can only achieve a balanced life if we manage to reconcile our basic needs with our obligations to others without sacrificing our mental and physical needs. There is no magic formula for this. Depending on their age and life situation, each person has different priorities and their own idea of the meaning of life and happiness.
